1. One-Time Purchases
Once a one-time order has been placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel a one-time purchase, please contact our Customer Support team within 1 hour of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed or shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, though you may be eligible for a return under our Returns Policy (if offered). If cancellation occurs within the allowed window and a charge has been processed, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method (less any transaction or processing fees, as applicable).
We offer a convenient subscription service to ensure you never run out of your favorite products. Subscriptions can be modified, paused, or canceled at any time via your account dashboard. These orders are subject to automatic renewal and the following conditions:
2.1 Subscription Commencement & Renewal
Your subscription begins on the date you place your order.
At the end of each subscription period (e.g. monthly, every 60 days, or whatever term you designate), your subscription will automatically renew for an additional identical term, unless canceled before renewal.
Unless otherwise notified, the renewal will occur at our then-current subscription price.
You authorize us to charge your payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) on file automatically at the start of each renewal period.
2.2 Cancellation / Modification Prior to Renewal
To avoid being charged for the upcoming period, cancellation or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next billing/renewal date (or a different time frame you designate).
Once a renewal charge has been processed, the subscription for that period cannot be canceled or refunded (except under special circumstances at our discretion).
If cancellation is confirmed before the renewal is processed, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
After cancellation, you may typically continue to access your subscription benefits until the end of your then-current billing period.
2.3 Refunds & Credits
Except where otherwise required by law or as explicitly stated at the time of signup, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
In some cases (e.g. billing error, overcharge, etc.), we may, in our discretion, issue a refund or credit.
If we terminate your subscription for cause or at our discretion, we may refund unused prepaid portions, but this is not guaranteed.
2.4 Price Changes & Notices
We may change pricing from time to time. If pricing for renewal changes, we will notify you in advance (e.g. via email) before your next renewal date.
If you do not agree to new pricing, you should cancel before that renewal date. Continuing your subscription past that date represents your acceptance of the new price.
2.5 Reactivation & Re-subscription
After cancellation, you are welcome to re‑subscribe at any time under prevailing terms and pricing. Past promotional or grandfathered pricing may no longer be available at re-subscription.
3. How to Cancel / Manage Subscription
To cancel or manage your subscription:
Log into your account on our website.
Navigate to My Subscriptions or Account Settings → Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you wish to cancel or modify and follow the prompts.

Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to ensure the cancellation was completed.
4. Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not interrupt the current subscription period (you can use it until it naturally expires).
No refunds or credits will be given for the remainder of the period of a canceled subscription, unless required by law or granted at our discretion.

5. Exceptions, Rights & Disclosures
In jurisdictions where a free trial period is offered, we will clearly disclose how and when the trial leads to a paid subscription, and how to cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
If your payment fails on a renewal date (e.g. card expired, insufficient funds), we may attempt to retry or suspend your subscription until payment is resolved.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel subscriptions or orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.
